Grow Your Immigration Practice with T Visa Training
It is very likely that you have worked with survivors of human trafficking and not known it. Our laws and systems make immigrants and migrants extremely vulnerable to human trafficking. Our clients do not often call what happened to them “human trafficking” when we first meet, but they know that it was something awful. It is our responsibility as lawyers and legal professionals to become familiar with human trafficking, recognize it in our clients’ experiences, and respond appropriately and competently.
T Visas are an effective immigration remedy, critical to the safety of non-citizen survivors, and a powerful tool for law enforcement in our shared endeavor to end human trafficking. We want to make sure you do not miss another change to help a survivor in need. All funds paid for training and technical assistance directly benefit Advocating Opportunity’s nonprofit services.
