All positions require an interest in working in human trafficking, human rights, and nonprofits. Applicants are required to participate in human trafficking training, trauma-informed training, and submit to an in-person interview and a background check. Applicants may be rejected or terminated based on an unacceptable background check. Determinations will be made on an individual, case-by-case, basis.
